You always have the feeling of working at the forefront of technology. The company develops at a fast pace and things change on a day-to-day basis.
Cons
Because you work in a large company, you can easily get the feeling that you are a small cog in a large wheel. For a variable and interesting career in the long term you should look around in other departments and initiate a change. The good side is, that it is easily done having in mind the dimensions of Airbus.
