      Flexible working arrangements, ok perks (transit, jobrad, egym, discounts, etc), Nothing special.

      Cons

      Complete lack of leadership. Management has no idea what they want, constantly changing directions, no strategic thoughts, just reactionary CYA moves. Zero ability to think critically or to invovate. No desire to change, "That's the way we've always done things' may as well be the company motto. Treats 'high' salaries as an excuse to treat people terribly, but then refuses to update those salaries so they just get eaten by inflation. No data, no insight, just whatever the highest paid person in the room thinks, which is usually very outdated and wrong.
