      Pros

      Great benefits, lots of PTO and Holidays. 8 hour workdays, everyday. Lots of training and help available. Company takes pride in volunteering and helping good causes.

      Cons

      Not a true sales position. No metrics to truly measure sales ability or pay compensation. Commission structure has made it harder to make money. Products have steadily declined, commissions to agents have decreased resulting in SLOW business. So much gray area on how 'sales' are tabulated.

      Pros

      The people really practice the company credo of "be true in everything you do". Not only are the people authentic, but they are caring, considerate, intelligent, positive, and great to work with.

      Cons

      While the organization is HUGE globally, there may be limited opportunities in some career paths depending on your willingness and ability to move around. If you're a dynamic individual that knows how to leverage your skills into different areas of the business, you can easily overcome that obstacle.

      A Firm With Low & No Growth

      Pros

      Initially, this firm was booming and growing back in 2008. In fact, this firm was doing very well while the rest of Wall Street was crumpling. Overall, the vacation days are decent, good health benefits, fairly young crowd. Work hours stick to a 9-5 parameter.

      Cons

      Very unstable, no growth or opportunity for most workers. Management don't know how to manage, there is very low or no moral. HR is almost do not exsist. There is no cohesiveness or integregration, each department is in its own world. The RIS group is ran like a muck, they do their own things, have their own cake & coffee hours.
