      Refers to Allianz SE in Munich (Schwabing): - You will work in an international environment, with the opportunity to work with people from all over the world and potentially travel to different countries for business trips or assignments. - Plenty of responsibility if you want it - Interesting projects - You will be surrounded by many smart and friendly people - Good salary - Great city centre location - Home office is not a problem at all (only 4 office days/ month) - 25 days/ year working from abroad is possible - Great canteen

      - A lot of frustration due to high degree of politics - At Allianz, many things are overcomplicated so that complexity increases rather than decreases - Everyone at Allianz wants to have a say and be involved in decisions, which leads to maximum deceleration - No failure culture
