Very biased approach towards Pune location employees. All good opportunities are reserved for Trivandrum location. Pune's is not even considered. If you have to exist peacefully then you have to do people pleasing to Trivandrum location guys. They have complete support from top leadership in Munich. Pune location employees are only used for clean up activities. Even if they hire you in good position,within one year of your job you will see your position has been taken over by tvm guys. Doesnt matter how much effort you put. Pune location people dont join in this company. You will never get credit for your good work because of you are non malayalam.
