      Pros

      - TRULLY international / intercultural - Good atmosphere, young people and great place to live - Great variety of jobs - some really interesting

      Cons

      - HR policy... lots of candidates and no competition in the region, so no effort on rewards or salary. - Career management is poor and mainly based on which school you graduated (typical French) - Great variety of jobs - some really not interesting

      Pros

      Company is good and it works for u if u r in good dept. Don't see too many people working on weekends.

      Cons

      Its not a technology company.The company confuses a business analyst with a technical architect Most highly visible projects are integration projects. Testing managers also manage C++ stream so there is lot of gap in setting up the priorities. If u r a developer then the highest growth option is a scrum master, so better join as QA or BA if u want to rise quickly and be a project manager to earn more without doing much work.
