      Great international company, but extortion at low level entry position

      Pros

      International environment, leader in industry, fantastic work-life balance, great benefits once in permantly.

      Cons

      Terrible pay for entry "work experience / graduate" as they call it - extortion with very little chance of progression if in this starting position, regardless of performance in current position. Things are often done half way, yet still pushed forward. But continue to lead.
