Not particularly challenging work as a developer (but perhaps depends on your team) Everything takes a long time to get done Not much room to move upwards/grow

Multicultural and open minded company. One of the rare international company with its headquarter in Madrid. 75% of the employee in the office are foreigner. With really good benefits.

Cons

Long to raise in the company. really strict HR rules so you can not pass to the next level before passing 2 years in the same position.
