      Pros

      Amadeus is a very stable company which allows employees a certain level of reassurance. The location in Nice allows to have the perfect balance between work and sports.

      Cons

      Career path is extremely slow in some departments and the salary could be higher compared to the level of responsibility and to other similar positions in other companies

      Multinational environment, great networking, only true multinational in Madrid, interesting and dynamic industry, good health care plan and additional benefits

      Cons

      No clear career path, lack of good communication skills from top management and human resources, promotion is not based entirely on performance
