- Hard code C++ - Full back end programming - Unix Systems - Friendly managers - Relatively young and knowledgeable team - Friendly co-workers - Frequent cakes in the office - convenient location (2 mins walk from central station) - Nice views

Cons

- Extremely laid back environment - Still we are using XP and office 2003 - Sometimes the manger is extremely busy and so difficult to reach even for team members

Flexitime Nice people (not management) I really cant think of enough good stuff to fill the review, there really isn't any.

Cons

Poor office Bad location Incredibly Boring Work Mundane, repetitive weekly maintenance duties No training at all Low salary. Arrogant management - they look at you furious and treat you like you are stupid when you don't know something. 98% of knowledge is held by one person in the team, everyone else had no idea what they are doing. Honestly is a crap job. There are no shops or cafes for miles around so the only place to eat is the cafe in the office, which serves terrible bad, bland food.

Amadeus is a growing company that is investing in many products on a market that is expanding. Therefore there are a lot of opportunities of having an interesting and rewarding path there.

Cons

Company is moving from mid size to large IT group and goes through organizational changes in various areas. It is needed but it could be a risk that this new organization is not as efficient as the current one.
