Pros

Very few. If you’re lucky, some coworkers are decent.

Cons

• The building is a high school with cliques running the show. HR and leadership ignore complaints and punish the lone employees who speak up. • You do all the heavy lifting alone while others get instant help and recognition. • Escalation channels are a joke—no follow-ups, no real action, just platitudes. • Toxic “work family” dynamics reward favoritism and punish anyone outside the group. • Mentally and physically exhausting. Feels unsafe and dehumanizing.

Pros

they’ll leave you alone if your rate is good

Cons

would bug. big this is about managers they target you a lot, Managers would try to write you up like crazy if you have bad-decent rates and when i mean by rates for example if an expected rate is 100 and ur rate is 50, the managers get pressured by operations and if this is keep repeatedly doing this, they would want to try to fire you so they don’t have to worry about you again

Pros

Flexible and the work isn’t actually hard

Cons

Boring and repetitive they don’t give enough hours and they cut and sometimes force you to stay over
