Pros

If you are willing to stand apart from the crowd, go the extra mile, accept challenges and prove yourself, then you will be very successful here, especially if you are genuinely interested in data science and not just working "cause you need a job".

Cons

if you are just working here because you "need a job" (not in the warehouse side of things) then you are going to become miserable as the years go by, seeing the people with a sense of initiative and drive move up in the ranks and you are just sitting idly by.

Pros

Overall it's a good experience to start your career with , since you keep your work at office and then go home . On top of it , you don't have to study anything because the job doesn't demand to full of knowledge. So you can prepare other national exams along with working . There's no stayback , if you have to stay in office post your shift then you will get paid for that

Cons

The experience you learn there is basically zero , because you deal with audio clips of user's of Alexa products . so you really can't put much on cv as work experience but you can learn other small things of management skills , make them count
