Pros

Perfect blend of hands on manual work, brain storming and trouble shooting, and administrative duties. There are also many ways to advance or move around in the company. Unlike any other jobs I have had AWS goes above and beyond to make assist you getting to where you desire to be.

Cons

I am not a fan of the lack of support for the night shift employees. It makes it very difficult to get visibility to earn promotions.

Pros

If you're stepping into the IT world this place is for you. -Decent Salary. - Nice work schedule. - Benefits were nice. - You will learn alot (on your own)

Cons

-PTO/Vacation not good. -Leadership is not good because they know nothing about IT. - High retention because of unrealistic standards, they treat people like ants. - Lots of nepotism. All higher ups are close friends. if you don't become friendly with them word goes around. - Hostile and competitive work environment. no one wants to help you. There is no set up for training. -Managers will make their own rules or "compliance and procedures" -if management does not like you, know matter how much you work hard, you will not get the raise you want, and you will not get promoted.
