Pros

-Free food for day time with snacks -10 percent discount when buying at Amazon shopping -Good quality working place -Your manager normally wont ask you to do so many things - Work with a lot of different servers and network devices -Free yearly medical check-up only(twice) -You can easily get accepted if you just want experience -much stable compared to other companies(1 of the best)

Cons

- Unfair judgement when it comes to salary pay and increase - More responsibilities with less pay - Leveling-up (getting better pay) is so slow that you need to be a good kisser/ or have a very good relation with your boss in order to get promoted. It does not matter how many tickets you solve or how many projects you do or how good you are at work or how well you serve the customers. -strong politics here -More stress compared to other companies
