Pros

All levels of IT techs are welcome. Great place to start your IT career. Company wants you to learn as much as possible from hardware to networking. Decent salary, always on time. Decent life work balance.

Cons

DC Managers can be agressive pushing you to do more. Anual compesation doesn't reflect your hard work on tickets and time spent resolving problems. Difficult to progress your career as DCO and switch to corp office job.
