Pros

Interaction with multiple teams where you’re able to learn from different stakeholders Work on projects in and out the US and meet more stakeholders and learn from other processes

Cons

Micro management Quick changes organizationally without clear direction of the vision No clear communication within team and others Being that it’s a large company and it’s always changing it takes managers and theirs as well months to be clear on what the team goals are and there’s no good communication from them to stakeholders.

You gain a tremendous amount of experience in which may potentially help you become a NOC technician role. Tons of overtime pay.

Cons

Underpaid. They don't provide any benefits such as tuition reimbursement or medical, dential, or PTOs since this a contract job.
