Pros

Amazon has a very mature and continuously improving system. You can find heaps of training and supports here. Very friendly staffs members and you can feel that everyone has clear goal and willing to give contribution to company. Very easy reaching your manager and colleagues.

Cons

Might be stressful for some employees at start since Amazon is a fast-peace work environment. However, it could also be your motivation to grow if you enjoy working at Amazon.
