Pros

Money is decent at the start.

Cons

Workplace culture is reminiscent of a cult. You are constantly monitored at work, whether by way of metric performance or feedback questionairres. If you point out an issue at work you will no longer have a career path at the company. Leaders are seen as those who follow without question. Management aren't experienced people managers and lead by referring to a checklist. Turnover is very high among competent employees. It is more like a Fulfillment Center role than a Data Center role. Coaching programs are used to improve employee performance instead of a morale orientated approach. Employees who take time-out (vacation, paternity, sick etc.) are placed on coaching programs upon their return as their output metrics for the period of absence is calculated as "0". The job is dumbed-down on a day-to-day basis as they prepare to automate the role.
