Pros

Ability to learn about server hardware

Cons

Company cares about quantity over quality. The managers rarely know how servers work or how the tools your forced to use work. At the end of the day, your just a number. So if you take any extra responsibilities or train other techs to help your team grow, it’s not tracked in the system and reflects you as a bad technician. The systems reflect work done, but does not accurately reflect quality work that does not return or lead or to follow up work. Your rewarded for playing the system and not doing the job correctly. I recommend going somewhere else.
