Pros

Amazon is a place you always feel is growing, with all the pains involved. You'll be able to affect change from day one on a potential global scale just by bringing in a new perspective.

Cons

Amazon is not afraid to fail, they will fail fast and often on their path, which will rain down on the tech work and policies.
