Pros

Amazon looks good on a resume

Cons

Everything else. Overworked environment. Promotions are exclusively based on favoritism. Management is full corporate drone mode. Vital information is guarded by management. Or they just lie. Micromanaging. "Work harder!" for zero incentives. Past experience means nothing. Desire to move in a career direction means nothing.

Pros

Great environment and culture. Dedicated and ambitious employees working together to achieve a common goal.

Cons

Too much work overload. Not a lot of on job training. Every man for himself.
