Good benefits and pay (depending on your team), lots of intelligent people, very inclusive, plenty of learning opportunity

Cons

Lots of internal politics. Depending on the team it can be difficult to move up.

-Management treats you like you are all on a level playing field -Lots of room for growth -Benefits are great -Flexibility/Options for you

Cons

-As are all data centers, the shifts are usually 12hr shifts. No wiggle room for the most part

Pros

Great on boarding process for new hires. Plenty of training to get you up to speed with the processes within Amazon and also give you the tools required to succeed at your role and hit the ground running when up to speed.

Cons

No negatives to note at the minute.
