Cons

If you go out of your way to build new skill sets, or take the initiative to fix broken processes or create new ones, the managers will take credit for your work. They will also prevent your growth, as you have now become a significantly better resource at a discount. If you call out managers for taking credit for your work, you receive disciplinary action. Technicians with more experience are forced to perform extra responsibilities, with no job title changes or compensation. If asking to drop responsibilities, employees are faced with disciplinary action, or threaten for termination. If you are an experienced it professional, I advise working elsewhere. Experience and knowledge is not appreciated at this company.
