Pros

Great opportunity to learn alot and grow Great Benefits

Cons

Very Clicky, a lot of things you do determine on who your manager is ESPECIALLY in Data Center Operations. Your pay and your promotion (well at least for me) is all determine on management which I think its a horrible thing to do. I was unfortunately held back in my position due to my teammates who "did not like me" when everybody else gives me a great review. My manager pushed back my promotion 3 times because of "inconsistency" when everybody else said I deserved to be the next level. When my manager moved up, Thats when they decided to push my promo doc. My new manager pushed it within the first week of meeting me.
