      The name and prestige to work in a leader group.

      Cons

      Too restrictive as they automate everything and you won't get to do much technical stuff. Your skills get restrained over the years.

      Cons

      Big company so a lot of little things slip through the cracks. Managers are really just puppets. They don't really have power to implement a fair and cohesive environment.
