Lots of teams and relatively easy to switch between teams if you get bored. Decent Engineering bar and pay for big tech

Cons

Not as chill and lacking in cushy benefits comparing to other big tech. After cliff, your pay is dependent on promotions and will only increase to match inflation. Some teams are very aggressive
