Some managers have too close of a relationship with their direct reports. Most say they want to help but will take any chance to make you feel less knowledgeable. Gossip.

Pros

Decent Pay, Can listen to music while driving,

Cons

- Long Hours, - Inhumane Conditions -Micro-Manage Every single thing you do. - Not able to take breaks. The job is practically designed so you can't take a 15m or 30-minute break. - They give you 2 15ms breaks and a 30m break, but do not allow you to take them. They will complain that you are coming back in too late if you are taking breaks. -They might send you to the country, and deliver at night, with no flashlight, no lights, and complain if you do not deliver to houses with dogs, even at night. -They try to hide the people who get into accidents and are attacked by dogs.
