Pros

Absolutely rubbish. Nothing to talk about Pros apart from that Pity Labour Pay you get in the Month End

Cons

This Job Role is nothing But the Standardization of Watchman Job. You just act like an Online watchman who stares at the screen for 8 hours a day. Even the regular watchman enjoys his stress free life without any targets, But ML Data Associate goes Blind, Mentally disturbed and Becomes Depressed because of this Online Watchman Job. The saddest part is the payment of Online watchman and a Regular watchman is more or less same. Promotion is the Biggest myth in this process and Targets are Inhuman. There is 90% chance that your 1st month salary will be your lifetime salary no matter how tenured you become or how Hard you work. They Even scam Employees by giving that 1100 rupees food voucher like a treat. If u want to really destroy your enemy's future, mental and physical health, Social Life that too for absolutely nothing, please recommend him/her this Horrible Job. Else, stay 500 km away from this terrible, inhuman slavery in the name of Job as ML Data Associate at Amazon.
