Pros

Amazon pays well and people are (mostly) talented, there can be quite a lot to learn if you have the right attitude and competent bosses. I actually prefer Amazon's way of meetings through doc writing, I do find it more effective than slide decks.

Cons

As with any corporate job, you will see incompetent people in leadership positions (because they got lucky) that will eventually impact your career especially if you are still young and they are your bosses. Amazon is also not flexible when it comes to WFH arrangements so be prepared to commit to a 5 day RTO.
