Pros

top payband for external hire, money is good

Cons

the job is ambiguous. nobody knows what’s going on. no one has clear expectations because no one knows what’s going on. goal posts are moved every week. but in reality, i’ve found the easiest way to work stress free is to learn how not to care because everything is going to work out. the direct reports if solid can run it, just learn to trust them.
