Pros

Flexibility of working time - As a leader, you're expected to own deliverable, which enables you with the flexibility to manage your priorities. There will be instances which are time bound during peak, however you still have the opportunity for work-life harmony

Cons

Proximity and Language Bias - Depending upon the org and leadership's availability, there always is a bias towards location and language - People available in the same location and speak the language of leaders get better opportunity, visibility and elevation
