high tech environment adopting leadership principals in your day to day work

Cons

too much pressure to work almost all the roles have oncall shifts and weekend working hours. difficult and lengthy process to get promoted working with home build technologies which fade your general knowledge and ability to get jobs in other companies

1.) Focus on everyone being a leader. 2.) Growth of an individual is fully taken care of by the manager. 3.) Opportunity to work with worlds best engineers. 4.) Learn new technologies. 5.) Skill solidification with detailed inputs from seniors. 6.) Everyone is affable so comfortable in asking questions. 7.) Disagreeement with senior does not mean conflicts or grudges. On the other hand disagreements are welcomed to better understand all opinions.
