Pros

- Plenty of lateral positions to jump internally. - People are very supportive - Compensation is relatively higher than normal - Good environment to grow your career and skills

Cons

- Moving up in levels can take a while unless you have visibility from the higher ups - No monetary bonuses (but have stock compensation if you are willing to wait for it to be vested)
