Pros

Very challenging and plenty of opportunities to learn. Nice package of benefits like stocks and good salary as well. It’s a high paced environment which is a good thing for me. There is also room for growth inside the company.

Cons

A bit messy in regards to processes. It’s part of the culture building and doing things in our unique way which sometimes it’s an advantage over competitors for our exclusivity in our systems and process, but sometimes we waste time, money and effort reinventing the wheel.

Pros

Innovation is encouraged Very competitive salary and benefits (health care included in Aus) Able to get involved in company wide initiatives Great potential for advancement and travel Starting bonus and equity

Cons

Not really a con, but don't expect the usual tech company trimmings at Amazon (paid lunches, free gym, etc. etc.)
