Pros

*Top of the game technology. *The size of the infrastructure is gigantic. *Learning is a 24x7x365 experience. *Easy lateral movement between teams. *A lot of possibilities for carreer development *Great overall corporate culture that really sparks the best of you. *Huge amount of great talents to work with: you always feel refreshed and humbled by the amount of knowledge and experience that all your coleagues have. *The company will keep on growing on unbelivable scale for 10 or more years.

Cons

*All the PROs are 100% tied to the department/sector you work for. This can change a lot between departments, but not between internal teams. *Compensation include company stocks that can only be vested 2 years later. *Initial compensation is tied to a sign-in bonus for 2 years. After those 2 years, if you fail to get promoted, you'll be stuck with a lower overall compensation. *Frugality, while a very good leadership principle to guide the daily decisions of the company, also lead to less benefits for the employees as well. *No overtime paid for a lot of different teams. *The white board interview process can be a bit traumatic and there's better ways to assess the knowledge and expirence of the candidates, but that's an ok experience overall.
