*All the PROs are 100% tied to the department/sector you work for. This can change a lot between departments, but not between internal teams.
*Compensation include company stocks that can only be vested 2 years later.
*Initial compensation is tied to a sign-in bonus for 2 years. After those 2 years, if you fail to get promoted, you'll be stuck with a lower overall compensation.
*Frugality, while a very good leadership principle to guide the daily decisions of the company, also lead to less benefits for the employees as well.
*No overtime paid for a lot of different teams.
*The white board interview process can be a bit traumatic and there's better ways to assess the knowledge and expirence of the candidates, but that's an ok experience overall.
