Pros

- Time Flexibility (work from home, No time sheet) ... you are good as long as your projects are being delivered by their deadlines - Health Insurance is good especially the discounted one

Cons

- You get promised that you can grow and move between departments but when you actually get to do the interviews; they tell you that you will move on your same level with no increase in payment and you have to know everything about the new job .. there is no opportunity for learning something new or growing - Their software or tools release procedure has a lot of flows... Teams responsible for releasing new tools or software, don't test appropriately before releasing ... you find out that there are systems issues when you get to deploy your own system which wastes a lot of time and effort to try to fix the issues that was caused by the new releases and report those issues - You have to perform at the next level in order to be suggested to be put in for promotion - Promotion takes too much efforts and time .. You have to write too many documentations and review it multiple times with your manager in order to prove that you deserve a promotion (never had that in any other company) - Managers are forced to lower your performance rating even if they believe that you are an over performer ... NOT Fair at All .. so they can raise up the bar and no one takes a good bonus - Sign up bonus you take it on 4 years and your 401k match is a joke comparing to a company in that reputation and size - Yearly bonus is some stocks that get split in half and vest the following year in May and November ... So pretty much your bonus for the year is paid the following year and there is no cash bonus - Yearly raise is certainly less than the inflation - Very Cheap Company, not worth the reputation - Don't recommend working here
