Pros

Milking the base salary and cash bonus until the next opportunity.

Cons

- Teams are segregated into 'cliques' and information is deliberately withheld from those outside the 'clique'. Highschool-ish behavior. - Fake, herd-following management unwilling to advocate for the interests of the team. - Cult-like worship of ridiculous leadership principles and buzzwords. - Rampant opportunistic backchanneling.

Cons

3 months of training that is a real marathon to complete PTO is more limited than most other companies I have worked for

Pros

It been less than month since I started but I feel I am very welcome in Amazon and the work environment is really good and healthy here . The people in Amazon are too friendly and cooperative. Also, the benefits that Amazon offer are really great and competitive.

Cons

The joining process and the first few days are overwhelming but it worth it.
