Pros

- Compensation is OK compared to the marked.

Cons

- Poor culture of helping mates even to explain them what is expected from them and how to actually perform day-to-day tasks - Unclear communication about expectations for the role - Awful on-boarding process - It makes you feel like "you are on your own, pal!" and that part of the job is to figure out how you should do your job - Too many internal tools. Many overlapping in purpose - Cumbersome documentation
