A magnificent and unique place to work with huge potential of career growth and learning materials. You can move from every position inside the org if you really want to without any fragmentation. The key to success is willingness and methodical work.

Couldn't identify any worth mentioning negative aspect so far.

Pros

Great technical experience and convenient perks.

Cons

Terrible management. Management is not organized. Also, the management team would benefit from a course about sexism in the workplace. There was a particular manager who was verbally abusive in private, and covertly manipulative. I was the only female in the department, and he tried intimidation and bullying tactics towards myself, everyday.
