Pros

Nothing I can think about.

Cons

- You pay for parking in the company owned garage -Have to work with team across different time zone and outside the country and have to badge in - Too many middle manager with no clue what is going on - Stay away from team and managers who have been with company 10+ years, they seem to be the worst managers and teams - No documentation what so ever, team member don't reply when asked via DM but jump to answer on a group chat, culture is as bad as it gets. - Expected to work 24 hours a day and drive to office when all team members are either in agile seating or somewhere else in the country

Good pay, but not worth the stress and politics

Cons

Amazon shows a good face to the public, but internally does not care much about its employees
