Pros

- Company tries to keep good work/life balance - Top pay employer - 1st year and 2nd year bonus, 100% guaranteed - Stocks vesting in 4 years - Relocation and immigration assistance - Bright and talented people in the company - Focus in automation rather than repetitive tasks - Flexible WFH

Cons

- Few or none perks and benefits - Not the best dental and health insurance out there, many things are not covered - Frugality. Apart from a good salary, don't expect free snacks at work or group events as they are considered unnecessary. - Your team can be split in different timezones, making it difficult to collaborate - Micromanagement in daily stand ups - Like any other big company, it's difficult to get things done - Everyone is going after a promotion, meaning they don't have time to help in other projects unless it benefits them - In general, people leave after their 4th anniversary since there are no more bonuses or stocks - Some teams do 24 hr week oncall, once every 6 weeks - At least in Dublin, the housing crisis makes things 1000 times more difficult, 40%-50% of your salary will be wasted on rent
