Pros

One of the largest network infrastructure and you will literally see all the technologies are being used here.MPLS/BGP/OSPF/IPV6/Leaf Spine/ you name it you will see here and get the opportunity to work on those advanced ones.

Cons

Oncall oncall Oncall including the weekend and 0 appreciation at the end of the day. When you compare with other tech companies like FB/Google/Netflix you will be getting peanuts.

Pros

Good and smart people, nice office, stability, good relocation bonus and relocation support. Sign-in bonus for first 2 years Similar bonuses per country in other companies (such as sport card, meal vouchers)- no more no less People are very nice to each other Company is always trying to improve processes, but it is not always good for employees

Cons

High expectations High workload No technical development - technologies mostly very old and simple and mostly very specific to only this company. No interesting activities in EU, mostly only for NA Scope of work could be significantly different from initial agreement during hiring process Extremely difficult to get promotion(no scope of work or other reasons to refuse) or move to other teams inside the company - for company it is easier to hire external candidates salary increase with promotion is low 0-1% with horizontal and up to 10-15% with vertical Low annual salary increase about 1.0-1.3%,comparing to prices rise no annual bonuses Reality often is different from company’s policies papers Development is opened mostly to people who is close to high managers - managers, team leaders, but not to regular engineers Managers can easily fired whole region team in one day how it was for Spain, because missing something in local law, instead of change the process Motivation is often rely on lie Some points could be related to EU only, role and team
