Pros

Excellent Starting Pay Company helps you to learn the system and supports you but you must make the first move. Communication is sometimes lacking with the reasons things are done. They attempt to motivate the employees but forgot that at times a "presence" and "good job" in person goes a long way. They are good at encouraging employees during peak periods but should also do this throught the year.

Cons

Very slow to promote to Amazon from the temp agency would rather wait and see how long you will tough it out. Let employees of the temp agency know if and when you are going to hire to Amazon. the information given by the temp agency is misleading at best.

Pros

Bonuses suck you inn and potential for 30 k in stock 4 yrs down the road is decent incentive to tough it out. Exponential growth at this point in time.

Cons

Long hours poor senior management on the operations side. Expected flexibility of work hours is unreasonable.

Pros

Fast paced, huge company. There is a lot of development and expansion going on, the company is experiencing global growth.

Cons

There is an over emphasis placed on numbers and completing Kaizens without any being placed on personnel development and retention. With the frequent change in staff at all levels going on, it is hard to properly train and develop teams. Morale is low because no matter how hard teams work, overtime and lack of recognition are a constant. There is not a work/life balance for managers. Employee turn over at the area manager and operations manager level is high.
