Wasn't the best job

Pros

- Choose your own schedule. - Benefits - Good for gaining experience, especially if you have none.

Cons

- Shifts are long, can be demanding physically. - Rates(they are really hard on you if you haven't met your rates and can potentially lose your job after two write ups). - HR really isn't helpful. - 3 breaks, which equals up to an hour, on a ten to twelve hour shift. - Assistant Managers think they can talk to you however they want.

Great Company for Growth

Pros

Amazon has awesome benefits and tons of opportunity to grow. I recommend Amazon to young adults right out of high school if they are unsure about nexttheir steps. Decent pay and great benefits. Amazon also offers many programs and opportunity for schooling. If you are looking to get a CDL's license, Business Degree, Nursing Degree they offer many opportunities for these fields and even might pay for it if you are a full time worker.

Cons

Higher compensation. Since the cost of living is going up and many other companies compensations have now gone up to $15 an hour with benefits, Amazon could up their pay. Some of the companies who have gone up to $15 / hour are Walmart, Target, and Chic fil a just to name a few.
