Pros

You don't get great teaching from the LA's but the other Associates take over and if you are pleasant and learn and work hard it's easy. I got a raise, moved to blue badge in 2 months and full time in 3 months. I moved from the line to problem solve in the first 3 weeks and love it.

Cons

One horrific manager that has a complex. Other than that managers watch, they see who works and stays on task. They don't like to be bugged with small problems so leave them alone for the most part.
