Pros

if you want to stand around all day, you can.

Cons

Since no one cares about how much work people do, if you are a good worker you will be piled work on you while other people stand around. Management changes constantly so getting into a comfortable groove with a manager will be short lived.

Pros

SAFETY is number #1 NO judgement regarding disabilities or race Work became home away from home, but that's okay....great times with my newfound village and support.

Cons

Only two 30 minute breaks! Does't sound that bad, but the time it takes to shut down equipment, walk to the breakroom, wait in lines...there was never time to eat. Maybe a few bites and a drink. Have to choose either take a few bites, or use the restroom.
