Pros

Pros are that you gain experience with managing / controlling inventory. This is a good opportunity to learn other aspects of being a problem Solver (ie. ISS department).

Cons

Cons would be the level of pay. For the amount of work that you are doing does not reflect in pay.

Pros

Get to take overtime up to 20 hours per week.

Cons

The better you do the more that is expected of you, so if you're not doing great once, you'll get written up
