The pay was amazing and if you worked hard enough you would get a new position fast literally within a month if you’re lucky. .

Cons

Overworked. They never approved time off and management wasn’t the best.

Pros

Decent pay, steady work flow, VTO options for people who don’t want to stay entire shift. Paid time off incurs weekly

Cons

No union Company tends to not hire within. Young inexperienced managers No room to grow in company Unfair wages Standing for 10 hour shifts Time off task increases chances of being fired Human Resources are a joke on site they offer little to no assistance. No heaters in smoking areas. They put a tarp on the outdoor fence thinking that was good enough to keep us warm. Fulfillment centers are huge. So walking to front for breaks take time out of break.
