Pros

4 day week schedule and competitive pay.

Cons

This place can be a literal jail cell. I felt like taking my own life plenty of times in my 3 years of working here. There were some great managers at one point until upper management started implementing harsh standards. It went from a great community, to a dictatorship. If you even speak to another associate about anything non-work related prepare to be written up/ moved to a departments that is dreaded. This place doesn’t treat you as someone with value but more like a child who needs to be disciplined. Amazon is by far one of the work places in America.
