Pros

I am working for Amazon Web Services Public Sector and absolutely love my job and working here. I am also lucky enough to work in a team that is well put together, which is not really something I can say of all my other past employers. Great people, great company.

Cons

I really don't have any cons.

Pros

Lots of smart people. Good pay, able to work on big projects.

Cons

As amazon company gets from big to huge, the established businesses, mainly .com, value less and less on performance and results, but more on office politics and favoritism of management. So don’t get expect promoted from good work alone. U have to play games heavily that doesn’t add value to the company. So if u have good social skills and willing to suck up who u reporting to, come and join the company. U will do well by riding the past success of Jeff Bezos and fellow coworkers.
